Image order checklist

  • Product photo in natural light, without flash, at eye level
  • Packaging PDF or vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) for accurate text
  • Confirmed list of products and one concept per image
  • Production begins once the brief is confirmed

Missing vector artwork may add one business day to turnaround.

Turnaround & payment

  • 5-pack: 1–2 business days
  • 10-pack: 2–3 business days
  • 20-pack: 4 business days, depending on complexity and response time
  • Monday–Friday working days; 20+ images confirmed at order
  • 100% payment before production; delivery after payment confirmation

Image invoices are always separate from social media management invoices.
